Personal Training also for dancers
By dancing intensively over a longer period of time, the dancer may be exposed to a risk of imbalance and injury. I am specialized in training the body as a complete system and training the muscles mainly through barbell exercises and compound movements. The same muscles and neurological activation patterns are used as in dancing. Through specifically selected exercises many muscles are trained over a long range of motion and effectively optimized for dancing. By gaining strength, we reduce the risk of injury, increase body control and enable the dancer to move faster and more precisely.
